我们以清热解毒、益气活血、化瘀止痛为治则,选用有名古方“仙方活命饮”为基础化裁加味,制成骨炎片。

GU YAN PIAN (OSTEOMYELITIS TABLET) IN THE TREAMENT　OF 90 CASES OF CHRONIC OSTEOMYELITIS-CLINICAL OBSERVATIONS AND LABORATORY STUDIES-(ABSTRCT)

Abstract:Hundred and twenty cases of chronic osteomyelitis patients were selected　according to the requirement.They were treated randomly into two groups by　a proportion of 3:1 in due order after diagnosis.Ninety cases were taken Gu　yan pian orally of which 62 cases were cured; 26, improved; 2 , ineffective　with a total effective rate of 97. 7%. Routine antibiotics were applied in 30　cases as control group of which 13 cases were cured;11,improved;6,ineffective with a total effective rate of 80%. The therapeutic effects of Gu yan pian　group ir superior than penicillin and streptomycin group (P<0.01).
