秘制“脑震散”治疗脑震荡后遗症的经验介绍

脑震荡系外伤后即刻发生的中枢神经系一时性机能障碍的病症。当中枢神经系机能恢复正常后,而病员续有头痛、头晕、疲乏、易出汗、畏光、恶心呕吐、注意力不集中、记忆力减退、烦燥不安等症状,持续数周或数月,甚而数年者,称之为脑震荡后遗症。在祖国医、药学文献中,并无此病病名,但在临床上有虚实两种不同情况的表现。就其发病原因及其临床症状的表现来看,似属祖国医学中,因外伤以致脉络瘀阻的头痛实证范围。本人以活血通窍、养血舒筋的治疗方法,自订‘脑震散’,运用于临床五十多年,治疗脑震荡后遗症,收到显著疗效。兹将其处方及其制作方法、临床运用介绍如下,以供大家参考。

An introduction of the experience of secret preparation “Nao Zhen San” in the treatment of the sequelae of　brain concussion

Abstract:The paper reports doctor Yang's more than 50 years experience with the　therapeutic principles of promoting blood circulation and dredge orifices,nourishing blood and relaxing tendons to treat the sequelae of brain concussion　with “Nao Zhen San” . The method of preparation and prescription of "Nao　Zhen San” is introduced.
