创伤后发热,不同内科疾病的发热,由于气血瘀滞,气机紊乱,营卫不和,常给临床治疗带来困难,我们根据平乐正骨“活血化瘀”为骨伤治疗总则的指导思想,从伤科发热的病因病机、辨证施治作一探讨。

Fever following traumatic injury-Its treatment　according to symptom analysis.

Abstract:The authors believe, feverish condition following traumatic injury is due　to the stagnation of the “Qi” and “blood”, derangement and disturbance of　the vital physiological function, In this paper, the authors discussed the etiology and investigated the management of feverish conditions according to　the principle of “regulating the blood circulation and eliminating blood stasis”.
