旋转复位手法在临床中的应用及力学测定

骨错缝筋出槽是中医骨伤科特有的诊断名称,同时亦说明损伤后关节痛的病理改变,临证时依据辨证施法的原则,予以正骨手法治疗多见奇效。古代记载可见现存最早的一部骨伤科专著《仙授理伤续断秘方》,书中曰：“凡左右损处,只相度骨缝,仔细捻捺,忖度便见大概。”强调骨缝即构成关节间隙之两个关节面的相互关系,错缝后应施正骨手法捺正,以便恢复其正常。日本《皇汉医学丛书》中有“中国接骨图说”一篇,系二宫献彦可编著,对脊柱骨错缝曾记载：“若脊筋隆起,骨缝必错,则不可能俯仰者,用鹤跨母法整顿之。”对于颈骨落堕左右歪邪,颈强不能顾,仆伤面仰不能乘或筋长骨错或筋聚或筋强者用熊顾子母法第二端之。认为脊椎骨错缝或伤筋后颈项活动障碍,或左右偏歪或筋僵而隆起等第一系列症状出现,需以手法提端旋转将骨错缝捺正。

Clinical application and mechanical measurement of　rotational reducting manipuipulation

Abstract:In this article, an attempt was made to interpret the pathological changes of skeletal minor displacements, with the delicate anatomical and biomechanical alterations of the spinal column. Treatment was done with manipulations accordingly. Analysis of the leverage force was also made during　the treatment.
