保守疗法对腰椎间盘突出症的疗效及机理探讨

腰椎间盘突出症(以下简称LD)是临床常见的一种病症。推拿、牵引等保守疗法能取得满意效果。获效的原因是使突出的髓核“回纳”其原椎间隙内,还是其它机制的参与？本组观察了30例LD患者疗效,并在疗效前后以CT对照等,就上述问题进行探讨。
