目的:探讨闭合复位弹性髓内针固定尺骨治疗BadoⅠ型及Ⅱ型儿童新鲜孟氏骨折的疗效。
方法:2010年7月至2013年9月就诊的儿童孟氏骨折的患儿23例,其中男18例,女5例;年龄6～13岁,平均9.3岁。BadoⅠ型孟氏骨折15例,Ⅱ型8例。采用闭合复位,弹性髓内针固定尺骨方法治疗。其中9例合并桡神经损伤。观察手术时间,神经恢复情况,骨折愈合情况,肘关节功能。
结果:患儿均获得随访,时间6～24个月,平均12个月,骨折均骨性愈合,末次随访Anderson法评价患肢功能,优20例,良2例,可1例。
结论:闭合复位弹性髓内针固定尺骨治疗儿童新鲜孟氏骨折操作简单、创伤小、疗效好。 |

| Treatment of fresh Monteggia fractures of Bado typeⅠandⅡin children by closed reduction and ulna intramedullary nail fixation |

ABSTRACT
Objective:To investigate the effects of closed reduction and ulna intramedullary nail fixation for the treatment of fresh Monteggia fractures of Bado type Ⅰand Ⅱ in children.
Methods:Twenty-three children patients with Monteggia fracture during July 2010 to September 2013 were treated by closed reduction and ulna intramedullary nail fixaion including 18 boys and 5 girls with an average age of 9.3 years old ranging from 6 to 13 years old. Among them,15 cases were Bado type Ⅰ and 8 cases were Bado type Ⅱ。 There were 9 cases with radial nerve injury. The operation time,the recovery of nerve injury,the fracture healing and the function of elbow were observed and recorded.
Results:All patients were followed up for 6 to 24 months (12 months on average). All patients were obtained bone healing. According to Anderson standard,at the final follow-up,20 cases got excellent result,2 cases got good result,and one case got fair result.
Conclusion:Treatment of the fresh Monteggia fractures in children by closed reduction and ulna intramedullary nail fixation has advantages of simple operation,less trauma and good results. |
