中文摘要:MicroRNA(miRNA)是一种非编码的小分子RNA,在基因的表达调控过程中起着非常重要的作用。近年来,miRNA在疾病发生发展过程中的作用已成为研究的热点。磨损微粒诱导的持续性炎症反应以及破骨细胞的增殖分化或成骨细胞分化成熟的减少是无菌性松动发生过程中的重要因素。而最新研究表明,持续性炎症反应,成骨细胞、破骨细胞的分化与miRNA有着密切的关联,提示miRNA在无菌性松动的发生发展中起重要作用,改变相关miRNA的表达水平也能对其起到治疗作用。随着miRNA新的靶点的研究发现,其重要作用进一步被证实。

Progress on microRNA in aseptic loosening of prostheses
ABSTRACT  MicroRNA(miRNA) is a class of non-coding RNA that plays an important role in gene expression and controlling. In recent years,the role of miRNA in the development of the disease has aroused great interest. Abnormal osteoclastogenesis and persistent inflammatory response induced by wear particles or osteoblast differentiation and maturation is the main cause of aseptic loosening in joint replacements. New researches shows that persistent inflammatory response,osteoclastogenesis and osteoblast differentiation are closely associated with miRNA,suggesting that there are certain relations between miRNA and aseptic loosening of prostheses. Additionally,the alteration of the expression levels of some miRNA may be curative for aseptic loosening. With the findings of the new miRNA targets,the important role of miRNA is further confirmed.
