目的：探讨应用重建钢板治疗陈旧性骨盆骨折的疗效。
方法：2000年2月至2011年2月，对24例陈旧性骨盆骨折采用重建钢板内固定治疗，其中男10例，女14例；年龄20～62岁，平均42岁。受伤至手术时间23～64 d,平均35 d.经X线及CT诊断，按Tile分型：C型 11例，B型13例。根据Majeed疗效评价标准评定疗效。
结果：18例获得随访，时间6～48个月，平均24个月。根据Majeed疗效评价标准，优9例，良5例，可4例，平均(84.4±11.5)分。
结论：对陈旧性骨盆骨折应积极手术治疗，准确进行术前评估，精确复位固定，术后进行合适处理，可获得满意的治疗效果。 |

| Operative treatment of old pelvic fractures:a report of 24 cases |
|
ABSTRACT
Objective: To explore the clinical results of surgical treatment for old pelvic fractures with reconstruction plate.
Methods: From February 2000 to February 2011,24 patients with old pelvic fractures were treated with internal fixation with reconstruction plates. There were 10 males and 14 females,with an average age of 42 years (ranged,20 to 62 years). The time from injury to operation was from 23 to 64 days with an average of 35 days. X-rays and CT scanning were performed in all patients.According to classification of Tile,Tile C was in 11 cases and Tile B was in 13 cases.
Results: Eighteen patients were followed up for 6 to 48 months with an average of 24 months. According to Majeed criteria,9 cases obtained excellent results,5 good,4 fair,with average score of(84.4±11.5).
Conclusion: Positively operative treatment,exactly preoperative evaluation,correctly reduction and fixation can obtain satisfactory results in treating old pelvic fractures. |
