| 中文摘要:发生在枢椎上下关节突之间连接区域的骨折，称其Hangman骨折，骨折的发生率有逐年上升趋势。但对于骨折的治疗目前没有统一的标准，尤其对于Ⅱ、Ⅱa型骨折采用前路还是后路手术仍存在较大争论，本文将对其病理解剖特点、致伤机制、分型和现代外科治疗作一探讨分析。 |

| Therapeutic strategies in the surgical treatment of Hangman's fractures |

| ABSTRACT Hangman's fractures are located in the region between facets of the axis,which are accompanied by an increasing rate recently. However,there are no uniform standards for the treatment,especially for the treatment of fractures of types Ⅱ and Ⅱa because the operative approaches which include anterior and posterior are supported by different groups. The article tried to make an analysis on pathological anatomy,mechanism,types and surgical treatment of Hangman's fractures. |
