| 中文摘要:腰背痛发病率高,与肌肉骨关节功能紊乱等病变有关系,目前应用的影像学检查,不能动态反映病情变化情况,临床诊治过程中缺乏客观评价指标。表面肌电图作为一种无创动态检测手段,可以动态定量检测椎旁肌生理病理状态。对腰背痛的诊断灵敏度和特异度达到70%～80%,诊断效能在0.5以上。椎旁肌表面肌电测量是客观评价腰背痛椎旁肌功能的一种可靠的检测手段。 |

| Application of surface electromyography in clinical study of low back pain |

| ABSTRACT High incidence of low back pain（LBP） has appeared in recent years.Musculoskeletal dysfunctions have been identified as a cause of LBP,tests such as X-ray,CT and MRI are not specific to patients with LBP,there is no objective evaluating standard in clinical work.Surface electromyography（sEMG） is non-invasive and simple method to evaluate physiological and pathological state of paraspinal muscle.The average sensitivity and specificity are 70%~80%,efficacy of diagnosis more than 0.5.sEMG of paraspinal muscle is a reliable and objective method to evaluate low back pain. |
