| 中文摘要:盖氏(Galeazzi)骨折是指桡骨下1/3骨折合并下尺桡关节脱位,多见于儿童,成人较少见。自2003年以来,采用手法复位加石膏外固定治疗儿童盖氏骨折56例,取得良好效果,现报告如下。1临床资料本组56例,男37例,女19例;年龄7～14岁,平均9.3岁;左侧26例,右侧30例。受伤原因:运动时跌伤36例,骑自行车时摔伤14例,高处坠落伤6例。根据分型方法[1]将其分为:Ⅰ型(稳定型)43例,Ⅱ型(不稳定型)8例,Ⅲ型(特殊型)5例。根据损伤机制又分为旋前型损伤38例,旋后型损伤18例,均为闭合伤,伤后就诊时间为1h～2d。 |
