中文摘要:经皮穿刺椎间盘激光减压术(PLDD)是近年来发展起来的一种新的椎间盘微创治疗方法,主要应用于颈、腰椎椎间盘突出症的治疗,应用于胸椎间盘突出治疗的报道较少,现将2004年8月-2005年11月在CT引导下经皮穿刺激光减压治疗的6例胸椎间盘突出症,报告如下。
