| 中文摘要:Barton骨折是指通过桡骨远端部分关节面的边缘骨折,且腕关节伴随楔形骨块向掌侧或背侧产生脱位或者半脱位,称为掌侧或背侧Barton骨折。我院自1999-2005年共收治该类骨折27例,采用闭合手法复位结合石膏托外固定,25例闭合复位成功,经随访疗效满意,现报告如下。 |
