| 中文摘要:跟骨关节内骨折是较复杂的骨折之一,因其类型多、情况复杂、处理方法多样、预后情况难测,治疗结果一直令人失望。临床分类方法众多,以X线摄影及CT分型为目前常用分型。治疗方法有保守和手术治疗,其中保守治疗中以一种恢复足踝关节功能活动为主要目标的综合治疗方法—功能疗法较为理想。该文综述了各种手术治疗手段的适应证和具体方法及相关内容的最新进展,同时阐述手术治疗的各种并发症。 |

| Classification and treatment progress of calcaneus intra-articular fracture |

| ABSTRACT Calcaneus intra-articular fracture is one of the most complicated fractures.Because it has some different types under complex circumstance,different means of treatment and its uncertain prognosis,which makes people disappointed for the treatment.We have many clinic classifications from X-ray and CT,Sanders classification is the most common.As for the means of treatment and operation treatment.Through conservative treatment,one synthesize method which aims at recovering the action function of the foot and hough is more ideal.This paper mainly introduces concrete methods,the adaptive testimonies of the means of operation treatment and the recent concerned progress.What′s more,it elaborates the complications syndrome under operation treatment. |
