中文摘要:
目的:探讨四肢长骨良性肿瘤并发骨折的手术时机。
方法:回顾性分析25例四肢长骨良性肿瘤并发骨折患者,其中骨囊肿11例,骨纤维异常增殖症5例,嗜酸性肉芽肿3例,动脉瘤样骨囊肿2例,内生软骨瘤2例,非骨化性纤维瘤1例,骨化性纤维瘤1例。采用Ⅰ期外固定、Ⅱ期肿瘤刮除植骨术13例,Ⅰ期肿瘤清除植骨内固定术12例。
结果:随访时间12~88个月,术后感染1例,复发3例,再骨折2例。
结论:对于良性肿瘤或类肿瘤疾病发生病理性骨折应优先选择Ⅰ期外固定、Ⅱ期行肿瘤病灶清除植骨术;骨质破坏较轻者可选择Ⅰ期肿瘤病灶清除植骨内固定术。 |

| Operative occasion for the treatment of extremity fractures caused by benign tumors |

ABSTRACT
Objective:To explore the operative occasion for the treatment of extremity fracture caused by benign tumor.
Methods:Twenty-five cases with extremity fracture caused by benign tumor were retrospectively analyzed in the study.bone cyst,fibrous dysplasia,eosinophilic granuloma,aneurysmal bone cyst,enchondroma,non-ossifying fibroma and ossifying fibroma were 11,5,3,2,2,1 respectively.13 cases were treated with external fixation in stage Ⅰ and with bone transplantation(after tumor resection) in stage Ⅱ.All the treatment(tumor resection,bone transplantation and internal fixation) were completed in the stage Ⅰ in 12 cases.
Results:All the patients were followed up from 12 to 88 months and infection occurred in 1 case,local tumor recurrence in 3 and refracture in 2 after operation.
Conclusion:External fixation in stage Ⅰ and bone transplantation(after tumor resection) in stage Ⅱ is the first selection for preceding fractures.External fixation and bone transplantation can be used at the same time if bone destruction was not very serions. |
