中文摘要:
目的:观察关节镜下和切开关节两种方法治疗膝关节脱位韧带损伤的疗效。
方法:1994-2003年共治疗13例膝关节脱位,其中7例切开关节修复和重建前、后交叉韧带,同时处理关节内合并伤(A组),6例应用关节镜技术修复和重建前、后交叉韧带,同时处理关节内合并伤(B组),观察两组的治疗效果。
结果:按Lysholm膝关节评分标准,A组在术后3、6个月及1年的膝关节平均评分为47、70、76,而B组在术后同期的平均评分为61、86、91。
结论:关节镜下治疗膝关节脱位韧带损伤有疗效好、关节功能恢复快的优点。 |

| Treatment of ligament injuries caused by knee dislocation with two different methods |

ABSTRACT
Objective:To study therapeutic effects of two methods(arthroscopic operation and open surgery) in the treatment of ligament injuries caused by knee dislocation.
Methods:Thirteen patients with knee dislocations were treated from 1994 to 2003,of which 7 patients were treated with open surgery(Group A) and 6 with arthroscope operation(Group B) to repair and reconstruct anterior cruciate ligaments,posterior cruciate ligaments and associated injuries.The clinical results of the two groups were evaluated.
Results:According to Lysholm criteria of knee joint function,the average score of Group A was 47,70,76 at 3rd,6th and 12th months after operation,and Group B were 61,86,91 respectively.
Conclusion:The athroscopic method possesses better effect and can produce a rapid recovery. |
