目的:探讨折断型加压螺纹钉微创内固定手术治疗股骨近端骨折的疗效。
方法:股骨近端骨折患者56例,男35例,女21例;年龄23~81岁,平均63岁。股骨颈骨折GardenⅠ型2例,Ⅱ型8例,Ⅲ型5例;粗隆间骨折EvansⅠ型14例,Ⅱ型21例,Ⅲ型6例。闭合复位,采用折断型加压螺纹钉微创手术内固定治疗。
结果:所有患者经术后6个月~2年的随访,未发现钉体松动、断裂、弯曲及股骨头坏死。参照Harris评定标准:优28例,良22例,可4例,差2例。
结论:折断型加压螺纹钉微创手术内固定治疗新鲜股骨颈骨折及部分粗隆间骨折,手术方法简单,骨折愈合率高,并发症少。 |

| Broken compression screw fixation (transverse locking screw intramedullary fixation) in micro-wound for treating proximal fracture of femur |

ABSTRACT
Objective: To explore the clinical outcomes of broken compression screw fixation(transverse locking screw intramdeullary fixation)in micro-wound for treating proximal fracture of femur.
Methods:There were 56 patients(35 male,21 female,the average age of 63 years ranging in age from 23 to 81 years)with proximal fracture of femur.According to Garden classification,patients with femoral neck fracture included type Ⅰ in 2 cases,type Ⅱ in 8 cases,type Ⅲ in 5 cases;According to Evans classification,patients with intertrochanteric fracture included type Ⅰ in 14 cases,type Ⅱ in 21 cases,type Ⅲ in 6 cases.After closed reduction,all patients were treated by broken compression screw fixation(transverse locking screw intramedullary fixation)in micro-wound.
Results:All patients were followed up from 6 months to 2 years.No screw was loosened,broken and bent.According to Harris standard,the result were excellent in 28 cases,good in 22 cases,fair in 4 cases,poor in 2 cases.
Conclusion:This method is used to treat fresh femoral head fracture and part of intertrochanteric fracture and is characterized by simple operative procedures,high rate of fracture healing,few complication. |
