中文摘要:
目的:探讨创伤性枢椎滑脱的治疗方法,评价椎弓根及侧块螺钉联合治疗创伤性枢椎滑脱的疗效。
方法:7例创伤性枢椎滑脱患者,男5例,女2例;年龄21～45岁,平均30.2岁。损伤按LevineEdwards分类:Ⅰ型3例,Ⅱ型3例,Ⅲ型1例。对所有患者进行椎弓根和侧块螺钉联合固定,并对其临床疗效进行分析。
结果:所有患者获随访,随访时间11个月～4年6个月,骨折均在术后3～4个月愈合,颈部旋转及屈伸功能恢复正常,无术后并发症及迟发性畸形发生。
结论:椎弓根及侧块螺钉联合治疗创伤性枢椎滑脱是一个有效方法,C2椎弓根螺钉可使枢椎骨折获得良好的复位,C3侧块螺钉钢板则可使枢椎滑脱得到良好的固定。 |

| Treatment of traumatic spondylolisthesis of axis with fixation of both pedicle of vertebral arch and lateral mass of screw |

ABSTRACT
Objective: To study the method for treating the traumatic spondylolisthesis of axis with fixation of both pedicle of vertebral arch and lateral mass of screw and evaluate the effects of these techniques.
Methods:From March 1998 to November 2001,7 patients（male,5 cases;female,2 cases） of traumatic spondylolisthesis of axis were treated with fixation of both pedicle of vertebral arch and lateral mass of screw.The average age of the patients was 30.2 years（range from 21 to 45 years）.According to Levine-Edwards’ classification:Type Ⅰ,Ⅱ had 3 cases respectively,type Ⅲ had 1 case.The clinical effect were analyzed after operation.
Results:All patients were followed up from 11 months to 4 years and 6 months,and gained bone union 3～4 months later,the range of neck rotation and extension were restored normally without postoperative complications and delayed deformity.
Conclusion:Fixation of both pedicle of vertebral arch and lateral mass of screw are effective method for treating traumatic spondylolisthesis of axis.C2 pedicle screw provides good reduction to fracture and C3 lateral mass screw provides good stability to spondylolisthesis. |
