目的:观察手法干预对实验性兔颈椎间盘退变模型骨骼肌超微结构的影响。
方法:建立兔颈椎间盘退变模型,25只成年新西兰大白兔随机分为正常对照组、模型组、手法预防组、手法治疗组,应用透射电镜观察手法干预对兔颈后部骨骼肌超微结构的影响。
结果:模型组兔颈后部骨骼肌表现出肌原纤维萎缩,粗细不均,肌原纤维间隙增宽,明、暗带消失,肌节不清晰,大量线粒体肿胀等病变。手法干预能不同程度地阻止骨骼肌的上述病变,并且手法早期干预的效果优于晚期干预。
结论:通过阻止骨骼肌损害恢复颈椎动力平衡可能是手法防治椎间盘退变的主要途径之一。 |

Effects of manipulation on the ultrastructure of skeletal muscle in the model of cervical disc degeneration on rabbits |
|
ABSTRACT
Objective:To observe the effects of manipulative intervention on the ultrastructure of skeletal muscle in the experimental model of degenerative cervical disc on rabbits.
Methods:By using the rabbit model of cervical disc degeneration induced by changing the normal stress distribution of the cervical spine,twenty-five adult rabbits were divided into four groups:normal control group,model group,manipulative prevention group,manipulative treatment group,and observed the effects of manipulative intervention on the ultrastructure of cervical skeletal muscle with transmission electron microscopy.
Results:Skeletal muscle in the model group showed different histological damage,and manipulative intervention prevented the damage of skeletal muscle in the different degree.The earlier the manipulations were intervened,the better the effects were produced.
Conclusion:Restoring dynamic equilibrium of cervical spine by the good effects of manipulation on skeletal muscle may be one of channels by which manipulation can retard cervical disc degeneration. |
