目的:观察针刀疗法对L3横突综合征兔血浆TXB2、6ketoPGF1α水平的影响。
方法:将实验兔18只随机分为针刀干预组、模型对照组、正常对照组,每组6只,于造模后10d、15d、25d、30d检测结果,进行统计学分析。
结果:针刀干预组10d、15d、25d、30dTXB2含量与模型组比较差异无显著性(P>0.05),6ketoPGF1α含量、TXB2/6ketoPGF1α比值与模型组差异有非常显著性(P<0.01)。
结论:针刀干预使6ketoPGF1α、TXB2/PGF1α比值呈良性改变,从而改善局部微循环,促进炎症吸收,增强了组织修复再生能力。 |

| Effect of acupotomology on the blood plasma TXB2 and 6-keto-PGF1α in rabbits with transverse syndrome of the third lumbar vertebrae |

ABSTRACT
Objective:To observe the effect of acupotomology on the blood plasma TXB2 and 6-keto-PGF1α in rabbits with transverse syndrome of the third lumbar vertebrae.
Methods:Eighteen rabbits were randomly divided into three groups:Acupotomology group,model contrast group,and normal control group( n=6).The blood plasma TXB2 and 6-keto-PGF1α were measured on 10 d,15 d,25 d,30 d,the data were analyzed statistically.
Results:Compared with the model group,the results of TXB2 in the acupotomology group had not significant difference on 10 d,15 d,25 d,30 d(P>0.05).The ratio (TXB2/6-keto-PGF1α) between acupotomology groups and model contrast group had markedly significant difference (P<0.01).
Conclusion:Acupotomology therapy makes 6-keto-PGF1α and TXB2/6-keto-PGF1α better change,improve local micro-circulation,absorption of inflammation acceleratly,build up rehabilitation and regeneration of tissues. |
