目的:探讨颈椎错位失稳对缺血心肌超微结构改变的影响。
方法:通过手术切断C5~C6、C6~C7、C7~T1的棘间韧带,旋转错位C6和C7椎体,建立颈椎错位失稳模型。分别在术后1、2、3个月时采用透射电镜观察缺血心肌细胞超微结构的改变情况。
结果:术后1个月心肌细胞无明显改变,术后2、3个月时,心肌细胞的膜性细胞器出现了明显的病理损害,肌丝松散、线粒体肿胀,内嵴损害,糖原颗粒减少,这些表现随着时间的推移逐渐加重。
结论:颈椎长期失稳可引起缺血心肌出现器质性损害;颈椎病可能为冠心病的一个重要病因。 |

Observation on ultrastructure of ischemic myocardium in rabbits with cervical vertebral instability |

ABSTRACT
Objective:To inquire into influence of cervical vertebral instability on the ultrastructure of ischemic myocardium.
Methods:Animal models were made by cutting off supraspinal ligaments of C5~C6, C6~C7, C6~T1,ratating and displacing C6~C7 vertebral bodies.The changes of ultrastructure of ischemic myocardium were observed with electrical microscope at 1,2,3 months after the operation.
Results:At 1 month after operation,no changes were found.But at 2,3 months after operation,pathologic changes of myocardial cell,such as areosis of myofilament,mitochondrial swelling,quantity of crista decreased,were found,which gradually aggravated along with time.
Conclusion:Long-term cervical vertebral instability could induce organic damage of ischemic myocardium.Cervical spondylosis may be an important factor of coronary heart disease. |
