中文摘要:
目的:探讨恶性骨肿瘤临床治疗效果。
方法:23例原发骨组织恶性肿瘤,15例骨转移瘤,分别于术前10～15 d作全身化疗,3～7 d作化疗药物介入灌注与肿瘤血管栓塞治疗,在此基础上进行肿瘤切除重建,并于术后作一个周期全身化疗。
结果: 原发性骨恶性肿瘤5年成活率为78.30％(18/23),转移性骨肿瘤5年成活率为52.28％(8/15)。
结论:术前全身化疗有利于杀灭体循环血管内微小瘤栓;局部化疗药物介入灌注与肿瘤血管栓塞能最大限度杀灭肿瘤及其侵袭周边的肿瘤细胞;强调无瘤原则下切除肿瘤完成肢体重建或进行截肢术;而术后全身化疗对可能残存瘤细胞起到加强杀灭作用。 |

| Analysis on clinical effectiveness of treatment of bone malignant tumors |

ABSTRACT
Objective:To probe clinical effectiveness of the treatment of bone malignant tumor
Methods:Systematical chemotherapy had been done on 23 cases of primary bone malignant tumors and 15 cases of bone metastases, 10-15 days before operation. Local drugs interventional therapy was done 3-7 days before operation and tumor blood vessels embolization was done simultaneously. Based upon these therapies, tumors were excised. One period of systematical chemotherapy was done postoperatively.
Results:5 years survival rate of primary bone malignant tumor is 78.3 % and that of bone metastases of 52.3 % .
Conclusion:Minute tumor embolus in systemic circulation can be killed off by systematical chemotherapy before operation and tumor cells can be killed off at the utmost by local drugs interventional therapy and tumor blood vessels embolization. It is emphasized that reconstruction of extremities or amputation should be done on the principle of non-tumors Postoperative chemotherapy can kill off all survival tumors cells. |
