中文摘要:
目的:分析骨不连的原因,探讨骨痂作植骨材料的可行性和优点及带锁髓内钉固定的优势。
方法:对48例增生型骨不连先顺行扩髓带锁髓内钉固定,骨折端钻孔并植入骨痂。
结果: 所有病例均4～7个月内达骨性愈合。
结论:骨痂具有取材方便且与自体松质骨相同的促愈合生物学活性,带锁髓内钉具有固定牢固且对骨折端有一定加压作用,是增生型骨不连治疗的理想植骨材料和固定方法。 |

| Treatment of hyperplastic nonunion with callus grafting and intramedullary fixation with interlocking nails |
|
ABSTRACT
Objective:To analyze the pathogenesis of hyperplastic nonunion, to investigate the advantages in callus grafting and intramedullary fixation with interlocking nails
Methods:48 cases of hyperplastic nonunion with intramedullary fixation with interlocking nails after drilling hole at the end of fracture, the callus grafting was performed.
Results:All cases achieved a solid union within 4-7 months.
Conclusion:Callus grafting is a kind of material, obtained conveniently and possesses the same biological abilities of promoting healing as autogenous cancellous bone. The interlocking nails possess the firm fixation and some compressive function to fracture point. So they are ideal grafting materials and fixation method for treating hyperplastic nonunion. |
