目的:观察自行研制可延长椎弓根-钉棒脊柱内固定系统应用于生长发育期特发性脊柱侧弯的疗效。

方法:将椎弓根钉与矫形棒之间的连结设计为滑动式,将横向连结杆设计为可滑动,使之可随脊柱生长而延长。治疗生长发育期特发性脊柱侧弯23例,对照术前、术后的脊柱Cobb角并统计矫正率。

结果:23例经平均随访13个月,术前平均角度56.73°,平均矫正度数50.14°,矫正率88.38%。

结论:延长椎弓根钉棒结构的设计,在矫治脊柱侧弯畸形的同时,不限制脊柱的生长,不需植骨融合,使生长发育期的脊柱侧弯得到及时的治疗。

Surgical treatment of the idiopathic scoliosis with growing instrumentation of pedicle screw systems (GIPSS)
ABSTRACT  

Objective: To observe the clinical effect of the GIPSS for the treatment of idiopathic scoliosis in growing children

Methods: 29 patients with the idiopathic scoliosis were treated with GIPSS,of which the correct rate of Cobb angle and the clinical effect with the spinal column curve were observed preoperatively and postoperatively.

Results:23 cases were followed-up with an average of 13 months,the correct rate of Cobb angle was 88.38%.

Conclusion: The GIPSS is an effective instrumentation in correcting scoliosis in growing children,which does not restrain spinal growth and development and does not need spinal fusion during correction of the lateral curvature.
