中文摘要:
目的:回顾性分析骨外固定技术在治疗股骨颈骨折中的应用,探讨其适应症与疗效。
方法:310例病人接受此手术,对其中247例进行随访分析。年龄12～86岁,平均65岁。其中头下型骨折93例,经颈型128例,基底型26例;按Garden氏分型:Ⅱ型31例,Ⅲ型132例,Ⅳ型84例。
结果:骨不连32例,占13%;股骨头缺血性坏死25例,占10%;其余均在4～10个月摄X线片示骨折愈合,取出外固定,骨折愈合率87%;功能恢复良好。
结论:应用骨外固定技术治疗股骨颈骨折,手术创伤小,操作简单,固定效果可靠。穿针部位及方法选择合适可减少术后钢针松动和膝关节活动受限等并发症,是治疗股骨颈骨折可选用方法之一。 |

| Treatment of femoral neck fracture with external fixation |

ABSTRACT
Objective:To review retrospectively the application of external fixation for treatment of fracture of femoral neck
Methods:310 patients accepted the operation,247 patients aged from 12 to 86 years(average 65 years) were followed up.Of all the cases,31 were Ⅱ,132 were Ⅲ,84 were Ⅳ,according to Garden’s classification.
Results:25 cases had avascular necrosis of femral heads (10%) and 32 cases of nonunion (13%).External fixation was removed in 4 to 10 months after operation when radiography indicated fracture healing.The bone healing rate was 87%.
Conclusion: External fixation technique is a simple and effective method to treat the fracture of the femoral neck.The complication could be minimized by a correct method and right position of needle. |
