中文摘要:
目的:探讨膝部骨巨细胞瘤切除功能重建术的临床应用情况。
方法:膝部骨巨细胞瘤根治性局部切除后,保留肢体,同时采用髌骨带蒂翻转术重建膝关节功能。
结果:经随访6个月～8年,疗效良好,优良率达87%,患肢能负重行走,膝关节稳定性好,活动度为0°～86°。
结论:骨肿瘤切除后的缺损,使用带蒂髌骨翻转重建膝关节,恢复了膝关节的伸屈功能,避免了既往行膝关节融合或截肢术给病人带来的不便。 |

| Resection of giant cell tumor of the knee and articular functional reconstruction |

ABSTRACT
Objective:To investigate the method of resection of giant cell tumor of bone of the knee and the articular functional reconstruction
Methods:After giant cell tumor of bone of the knee was,radically resected with salvage of the lower limb,functions of knee joint were reconstructed using the method of turnover of knee patella along with blood vessel pedicle.
Results:According to follow up studies of from 6 months to 8 years,this method treatment was satisfactory and the excellent ratio was seen 87%.The lower limb could walk after surgery with weightbearing.Knee functions are mostly retained and the range of movement of knee joint was from 0° to 86.
Conclusion:The defect left after resection of bone tumor was partially compensated by turnover of knee patella along with blood vessel pedicle and knee functions were recovered.By doing so,flexion and extension functions of knee joint are restored.Thus,the inconveniences of previous knee joint fusion and limb amputation were avoided. |
