中文摘要:
目的:探讨一种治疗含有后踝骨折的踝关节骨折脱位并下胫腓分离的方法。
方法:采用傅光瑞等研制的活柄式钳夹对含有后踝骨折的踝关节骨折脱位并下胫腓分离36例(38踝)进行治疗。
结果:随访34例(36踝),随访时间平均26个月,优28踝、良5踝,优良率达91.7%。
结论:该疗法创伤小、固定牢靠,符合踝关节的弹性生理标准,是含有后踝骨折的踝关节骨折脱位并下胫腓分离的较佳治疗方法。 |

| Double clamping for the treatment of posterior malleolar fracture of the ankle associated with distal tibiofibular separation |

ABSTRACT
Objective:To study the method for the treatment of posterior malleolar fracture associated with distal tibiofibular separation
Methods:36 cases (38 ankles) of posterior malleolar fracture of the ankle associated with distal tibiofibular separation were treated with Fus movable handled clamps.
Results:34 case (36 ankles) were followed up (average 26 months).Of them,28 cases had excellent and 5 good results (the excellent good rate was 91.7%).
Conclusion:The method has the advantages of minimal invasion and firm stabilization.It coincides with the elastic physiologic standard of the ankle joint and therefore it is a method of selection for the treatment of posterior malleolar fracture of the ankle associated with distal tibiofibular separation. |
