中文摘要:
目的：总结闭合复位加压螺纹钉内固定股方肌骨瓣移植术治疗股骨颈骨折的经验。
方法：对153例股骨颈骨折患者,采用闭合复位加压螺纹钉内固定股方肌骨瓣移植术治疗。
结果：随访时间平均为3.4年,骨折愈合率98.04%,股骨头坏死率7.19%,髋关节功能根据MerleDAubigne评分标准,优良率90.85%.
结论：该方法具有创伤小,内固定牢靠,骨折愈合快,并发症少等优点,是治疗青壮年GardenⅢ、Ⅳ型股骨颈骨折的一种较为理想的方法,值得临床推广。 |

ABSTRACT
Objective:To summarize the results of treatment of femoral neck fracture with closed reduction,internal fixation with compression spiral screw and bone graft flaped with quadrate muscle of thigh
Methods: 153 cases of femoral neck fracture were treated with closed reduction internal fixation with compression spiral screw and bone graft flaped with quadrate muscle of thigh.
Results:The mean period of followed-up was 3.4 years and the bone healing rate was 98.04%,femoral head necrosis occurred in 7.19%,excellent and good rate was 90.85%.
Conclusion: The method has the advantage of reliable fixation,fast bone union and less injury and was the optimal method for the treatment of femoral neck fracures(GardenⅢ,Ⅳ)in adolescence. |
