中文摘要:
目的:探讨颈交感神经对椎动脉血流量影响。
方法:以健康猫32只,暴露颈交感神经及椎动脉,应用电刺激给予不同的刺激电压刺激颈交感神经,测定椎动脉血流量的改变情况,并记录刺激不同时间段血流量的改变。
结果:电刺激强度增加,椎动脉血流量呈下降趋势,刺激时间延长血流量下降趋势明显,停止刺激血流量恢复。
结论:颈交感神经受刺激对椎动脉有缩血管作用,颈交感神经受刺激是椎动脉型颈椎病的发病原因之一,为临床提供治疗依据。 |

Experimental study of effect of stimulation of the cervical sympathetic nerve on the blood flow of vertebral artery |

ABSTRACT
Objective:To explore the effect of cervical sympathetic nerve stimulation on the blood flow of vertebral artery
Methods: The cervical sympathetic nerve and vertebral artery of 32 healthy cats were exposed surgically,and the cervical sympathetic nerves were stimulated with the electric stimulating instrument in different voltage and the changes of blood flow were recorded.
Results:The blood flow of vertebral artery decreased with the increase of the strength of stimulation.Prolongation of the stimulation time,the blood flow of vertebral artery remarkably decreased.When the stimulation was terminated,the blood flow of vertebral artery recovered to normal.
Conclusion:Contraction of the vertebral artery occurred when the cervical sympathetic nerve was stimulated.Stimulation of the cervical sympathetic nerves appears to be one of the etiology of cervical syndrome of the arterial type. |
