中文摘要:
目的：介绍小腿前外侧岛状皮瓣的应用解剖、临床应用及手术方法。
方法：采用带腓浅血管的岛状皮瓣修复小腿及跟部皮肤缺损5例,其中,顺行皮瓣2例(修复胫前皮肤缺损和慢性骨髓炎各1例),逆行皮瓣3例(修复跟腱外露).
结果：5例皮瓣全部成活,术后4例随访3～18个月,皮瓣生长良好。
结论：小腿前外侧岛状皮瓣是修复小腿及跟部皮肤缺损的一种简单易行的理想皮瓣 |

| Clinical application of anterolateral crural island flaps |
|
ABSTRACT
Objective:To study applied anatomy,clinical application and operative method using anterolateral crural island flaps for repair of defect over the leg and the calcaneal regions
Methods:5 cases of crural and calcaneal cutaneous defect were treated with superficial peroneal vascular island flaps,which included anterograde flaps for treating 2 cases(one patient with cutaneous defect in anterior tibial skin and the other with chronic osteomyelitis) and retrograde flaps for treating 3 cases(to repair the defect with exposure of tendo Achillis).
Results:All the flaps survived.4 cases were followed up from 3 to 18 months and the flaps stayed well.
Conclusion:The anterolateral crural island flap is a kind of ideal flap for the treatment of crural and calcaneal cutaneous defect and the method is simple and easily to be carried out. |
