中文摘要:
目的：探讨人工股骨头长期使用后髋关节疼痛原因及其行人工全髋关节置换术翻修必要性。
方法：对10例(10髋)人工股骨头置换术后髋关节疼痛病人行人工全髋关节置换术翻修并进行随访。
结果：10例病人平均随访时间18个月,效果满意率90%.
结论：假体松动、髋臼退行性病变、髋臼底变薄、人工股骨头中心性脱位是造成髋关节疼痛的主要原因。 |

| The use of total hip replacement as a revision procedure following artificial femoral head arthroplasty |

ABSTRACT
Objective:To investigate the cause of pain after certain postoperative period of artificial femoral head arthroplasty and the necessity of total hip replacement.
Methods:10 cases(10 hips) of artificial femoral head arthroplasty with painful symptoms underwent total hip replacement during 1997.1～1999.2.
Results:The mean follow up of 10 cases lasted for 18 months,90% of the cases satisfied with the revision procedure.
Conclusion:The main reasons of the pain of hip joints after artificial femoral head arthroplasty were loosening of the prothesis,degeneration of the acetabulum,weaking of the acetabulum and central dislocation of the prothesis.Total hip replacement as a revision procedure is useful to abolish hip joint pain. |
