中文摘要:
目的：探索脊柱原发性肿瘤的诊治特点。
方法：对收治22例原发性脊柱肿瘤临床特点、影像改变,外科治疗与介入治疗的选择、疗效进行分析,评估。
结果：脊柱原发性肿瘤病程漫长,缺乏特有临床特征,往往呈现明显的脊髓压迫症状才获得诊治；CT、MRI检查有助于早期诊断；13例较局限椎体肿瘤作全部切除,5例较广泛肿瘤作了局部切除；有效的内固定是维持脊柱稳定必备的手段。
结论：高清晰影像检查,有助于原发性脊柱肿瘤早期诊断及手术方式的选择；有效手术切除、充分手术减压,有利于受压脊髓的恢复；手术附加介入治疗,能增加手术安全性与成功率,减少复发率。 |

| Diagnosis and treatment of primary tumor of the spine |
|
ABSTRACT
Objective:To explore the methods of diagnosis and treatment of primary tumor in spine.
Methods:22 cases of primary tumor of the spine were treated and followed up.The clinical symptoms,image characteristics,surgical treatment and selection of interventional radiology were analyzed and evaluated.
Results:Primary tumor of the spine had no specific clinical symptoms and it′s incubation period was long.The diagnosis could be established and treatment performed only when the symptom of compression of spinal cord appeared.CT and MRI would help in early diagnosis.Localized tumor in vertebral body of 13 cases were removed completely.Extensive tumor lesions in 8 cases were partially resected.Internal fixation was essential for the stability of spine.
Conclusion:Image examination would be helpful for early diagnosis and selection of surgical treatment of primary tumor of the spine.Tumor resection and decompression of spinal cord could accelerate recovery of spinal cord function.Interventional radiology in addition to surgery may increase the safety and decrease the rate of recurrence.The present study provided helpful experience for diagnosis and treatment of spinal tumors. |
