中文摘要:
目的;研究桡骨茎突狭窄性腱鞘炎封闭疗法的解剖学基础,以提高疗效。
方法;对10具成人防腐固定标本(20例腕关节)进行解剖学结构观察,确定准确性的封闭点；根据确定的封闭点进针,对50例桡骨茎突狭窄性腱鞘炎的患者进行封闭治疗。
结果;一次封闭治疗后痊愈39例,占78%;两次封闭后痊愈49例,治愈率为98%.
结论;封闭治疗桡骨茎突狭窄性腱鞘炎时,可常规选用两点注射;一是腕关节轻度内收时,在腕关节的背侧面与腹侧面的交界处,支持带中间；第二点是在第一个注射点处水平向背侧移动2mm. |

| Anatomy foundation of local inje ction treatment(block therapy)for stenos ing tenovaginitis in the styloid process of radius |

ABSTRACT
Objective;To p rovide the anatomical basis of local inj ection therapy for stenosing tenovaginit is in the styloid process of radius.
Methods;Anatomy observation was performed at 10 adult cadaver samples(20 wrist joints)to study the correct points for injection. 50 patients with stenosing tenovaginitis in the styloid process of radius were t reated with local injection methods and the points of injections were determined accurately in the specimens and then wer e used in the clinical cases.
Results;After the first injection,the excellent and good results was obtained in 78% of the patients and after second treatment, the excellent and good results reached 9 8%.
Conclusion;For the treatment of this condition,the points of injection should be selected a t the junction between dorsal part and f acies ventralis of wrist in slight flexi on,just at the middle of retinaculum and 2mm towards facies ventralis from above the point. |
