中文摘要:
目的:探讨陈旧性股骨干骨折合并不同程度的膝关节僵直的治疗方法。
方法:对45例陈旧性股骨干骨折患者,采用内固定植骨后松解股四头肌及膝关节内的粘连,辅以髌骨牵引持续1～2周。
结果:45例随访平均2年2个月,所有骨折在术后35～6个月内愈合,膝关节功能由术前的屈曲28°增至110°,平均进步82°。
结论:髌骨牵引可以使挛缩的股四头肌延长, 且不影响骨折内固定的稳定性, 能使骨折愈合和膝关节功能康复同时进行。 |

| The treatment of the old femoral shaft fracture with bone grafting internal fixation and patella traction |

ABSTRACT
Objective:To study the treatment of the old femoral fractures combined with stiff knee in varying degrees.
Methods: 45 cases of old femoral shaft fractures were treated.After fixation of the fracture,transplantation of the spongy bone adherence relaxation of the quadriceps and the knee joint,a patella traction was applied for 1～2 weeks.
Results: The mean period of follow up was 2 years and 2 months,the fractures in 45 cases healed up in 3 5～6 months.The average flexion function of the knee joint increased 82° (from 28° to 110°).
Conclusion: The patella traction could extend the contracted muscle without affecting the stability of the internal fixation of the fracture,meanwhile,the fracture healing and the functional rehabilitation of the knee proceeded and completeed simultaneously. |
