中文摘要:
目的:对三种不同方法治疗腰椎间盘突出症的疗效进行分析。
方法:采用三维多功能牵引、经皮穿刺切吸术(APLD)及手术治疗腰椎间盘突出症280例,全部病例均有典型的临床症状和体征,经CT确诊。
结果:随访2～48个月,总优良率达90.2%.并发症:三维牵引20.6%,APLD10%,开放手术5.88%,总并发症为4.64%,取得了较好疗效。
结论:选择治疗方案应根据病人年龄、病史、体症、影像学检查综合分析病情,其次根据医院设备条件,医生对穿刺技巧及手术熟练程度来决定。治疗方案选择得当是预防并发症、减少复发率、提高治愈率的关键。 |

| A Comparative Analysis of the Results of Treatment for Intervertebral Disc Herniation,Using Three Different Methods |

ABSTRACT
Objective:To compare the curative effect of three dimensional traction,percutaneous lumbar discectomy(PLD) and open operation for the treatment of intervertebral lumbar disc herniation(LDH).
Methods:280 cases with typical clinical symptom and signs of LDH had the diagnosis further confirmed by CT scanning 145 cases were treated with three dimensional traction,50 cases with PLD and 55 cases with open operation The duration of follow up ranged from 2 to 48 months
Results:The excellent and good rate was 90.22% The complications rate of three dimensional traction was 2 06%,PLD 10% and open operation 5 88% The total complications rate was 4.64%.
Conclusion:Treatment program should be selected according to the age of patient,medical histor y,clinical signs,radiographic findings and a comprehensive histor yanal ysis Proper treatment program is the key to prevent complications. |
