中文摘要:
目的:探讨股骨头坏死的病理演进机制及预后。
方法:采用12N盐酸、12N氢氧化钠依次注入家兔股骨头内灭活骨细胞、骨髓组织及破坏股骨头内的微循环。
结果:在短时期内复制出进展期的股骨头坏死模型,6周左右即可出现典型的骨坏死病理。
结论:病因、骨吸收及骨有效重建的平衡状态、生物力学三方面因素综合作用,决定股骨头坏死的病理演进及预后。股骨头坏死的有效修复不仅仅是坏死的骨小梁重建,还应包括遭受损害的微循环及骨髓功能的恢复。 |

Pathophysiological Mechanism of Ischemic Necrosis of the Femoral Head on experimental study |

ABSTRACT
Objective:To explore the mechanism of pathological process of ischemic necrosis of femoral head(INFH) and its prognosis in animal models
Methods:12N HCl and 12N NaOH were injected into femoral heads of rabbits to kill bone cells,bone marrow and to destroy microcirculation
Results:INFH model in progressive stage was duplicated in short period and the typical pathological changes appeared after 6 weeks
Conclusion s:The development and prognosis of INFH depend on three factors,i e pathogenic agents,balance of bone absorption and bone reconstruction,effect of biomechanics The effective repair of INFH includes not only the reconstruction of trabecular network but also the restoration of the function of microcirculation and bone marrow |
