目的:观察脊髓受压后的病理学变化。

方法:通过注射106Walker256癌细胞液到大鼠T13椎体前,建立脊髓硬膜外压迫实验模型。大约16天左右所有动物产生瘫痪,快速切取受压处的脊髓组织作透射电镜观察。

结果:电镜发现脊髓白质细胞间隙扩大,含有外渗的血液细胞,并见髓鞘退变。

结论:研究提示脊髓受压后的水肿在神经功能障碍的形成中起着重要作用。

Pathological Changes of Spinal Cord after Compression in the Rat
ABSTRACT  

Objective:To study pathological changes of spinal cord after compression.

Methods: Extradural spinal cord compression model was induced in Wistar rats by percutaneous inoculation of Walker 256 carcinoma cell suspension (106 cells per rat) anterior to T13 vertebral body.When paraplegia was occurred about 16 days after tumor inoculation,the bolck of compressed spinal cord was taken out for the examination with transmission electron microscope.

Results: The enlarged interstitial space,degenerated myelin sheath,and extravasated blood cells were found in white matter of the compressed spinal cord.

Conclusion: Edema in compressed spinal cord plays an important role in the occurrence of neural dysfunction.
