目的:研究中药壮筋活血汤对骨性关节炎软骨退变防治作用的机制。
方法:用27只家兔,分成正常组、对照组(复制Hulth骨性关节炎模型)和用药组(造模后用壮筋活血汤治疗)。术后4、8、12周取胫骨平台软骨做糖醛酸、羟脯氨酸含量及含水率的测定。
结果:对照组糖醛酸值低于正常组,8、12周时与正常组有明显差异;用药组的糖醛酸值呈逐渐增加趋势,与正常组比无显著差别,但8、12周时显著高于对照组。羟脯氨酸含量在对照组、用药组、正常组间无显著差别。对照组含水率略高于正常组,用药组略低于正常组,8周时用药组显著低于对照组。结果显示壮筋活血汤能促进软骨基质的合成代谢,而对基质分解代谢的抑制作用较弱。
结论:实验证明,壮筋活血汤抑制了软骨退变的发展,促进了软骨自身的修复。 |

| The Therapeutic and Preventive Effect of Zhuangjin Huoxue Tang on Experimental Osteoarthritis:A Biochemical Study |

ABSTRACT
Objeotive: To study the mechanism of the therapeutic and preventive effect of Zhuanjin Huoxue Tang (ZHT)on cartilage degeneration in osteoarthritis(OA).
Methods: Twenty seven rabbits were divided into three groups:intact,group,OA group remodeled OA with Hulth’s procedure,and ZHT treated group(remodeled OA and treated with ZHT).At 4,8,12 weeks after operation,the articular cartilages of tibial plateau were taken and the contents of uronic acid (UA)and hydroxyproline(HOP)and the water ratio(WR)in the cartilage were determined.
Results: The UA value in OA group was lower than that in intact group,the UA content in ZHT treated group was gradually increased to the normal level and was prominently higher than that in OA group at 8th and 12th week.The content of HOP had no significant difference between OA group treated group and nointact group.The WR in OA group was slightly higher than that in intact group,and the WR in ZHT treated group was slightly lower than that in intact group and prominently lower than that in OA group at 8th week.The results illustrated that ZHT could stimulate the anabolism of cartilage matrix and slightly inhibit the catabolism of it.
Conclusion: ZHT can inhibit the retrogression of cartilage and promote the repair of cartilage. |
