| Modified Chiari's osteotomy for treament of congenital dislocation of hip in youngsters. |

| ABSTRACT Writers applied the modified Chiari's osteotomy and Chinese herbs to treat 17 cases of congenital dislocation of hip in youngsters (8-21 years old).The results demonstrated that fine effective rate was 53% and the reunion of osteotomy was in the average of 1.5 months. It is superior than that of conventional Chiari's osteotomy. |
