| Improved Stimson's method in treating hip joint dislocation |

| ABSTRACT Seventy four cases of traumatic posterior dislocation of hip joint were reported in this article. Satisfactory clinical results were obtained after treatment with self-designed modified stimson manore duction. Method of reduction was introduced in detail,advantage of it was discussed. |
