| Preparation, management and follow-up observation on chemonucleolysis |

| ABSTRACT More than one thousand and three hundred cases of lumbar intervertebral disc protrusion were treated with chemonucleolysis and a rate of excellency and fairness of 81.9% was obtained. The indications of chemonucleolysis, the point of injection by help of imaging examination, application of adjuvant drug pre-treatment and follow-up observations and management after chemonucleolysis etc. were introduced. |
