中文摘要:本文介绍采用自行研制的关节内骨折加压骨外固定器治疗关节内骨折33例,经5～9个月随访,结果优良率达94%。观察认为该外固定器具有设计新颖、用途广泛、操作简便、骨折愈合快、功能恢复好等优点。

Development and application of enhanced external fixator in treating intraarticular fracture

ABSTRACT Thirty-three cases of intraarticular fracture were treated with self-developed　enhanced external fixator of intraarticular fracture via a follow-up of 5-9 months, the rate of excellant and good was 94%. It was realized that the instrument had the　advantage of new style, broadening in usage, easy to be operated,faster in fracture　healing and better restoration of functions.
