补骨素对实验性骨折愈合的影响:(成骨细胞RNA观察和血生化研究)

中文摘要:30只家兔双侧桡骨骨折造模后,分别喂以补骨素和生理盐水,通过组织化学、血生化等检测手段,观察补骨素对骨折愈合的作用。实验结果显示:补骨素不但能促进骨细胞内RNA的合成,增强成骨细胞活性,使成骨细胞生长成熟加快,而且还为骨折端钙盐沉和提供有利条件,故补骨素确为一种促进骨折愈合之良药。

The effect of experimental fracture healing treated by Bu Gu Su
ABSTRACT  Thirty rabbits which had standard fracture between mid and lower 1/3 of the radins doubly,were fed with Bu Gu Su (BGS) and physiological saline respectively.The histaclteraiaal agd blaad biachamical methods were used to detect the effect of BGS on the experimental fracture healing The results show that BGS can nat only promote the RNA synthesis of the osteoblast, strengthen the activity of the osteabl-aat, stimulate the growrth and mature of osteoblast but also provide a favourable environment for calcificatian. So we consider that the BGS is an effective drug for fracture healing
